Abstract

We will provide an analytical study of the dynamic behavior of the mathematical model of microbial growth. We will support our results with biological study. Sheep milk is an important nourishing healthy food that we rely on mainly in the human health. The possible bacterial infection in milk was identified. Temperature and intermammary gland infection were studied as factors that cause bacterial infection in sheep milk. Data of the present work showed that cocci, bacillus, Staphylococcus and Streptobacillus were the isolated bacteria. Milk kept in refrigerator showed more bacterial infection than fresh milk. Intermammary infected sheep had more bacterial contamination than healthy sheep milk. Finally We will introduce some analysis to study the dynamical behaviors of mathematical model for infection with major (minor) pathogens namely system (2) using the complementary-cluster energy-barrier criterion (CCEBC). More than this, we will confirm the results by drawing a corresponding solution for each one with the help of Maple Program.
