Abstract
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) remains a significant global health issue, affecting millions and contributing to increased morbidity and mortality. The study aims to investigate the efficacy of newly optimized treatment protocols across diverse populations. A cross-continental cohort study was conducted involving patients from Croatia, Senegal, and New Zealand. Using a combination of pharmacological and lifestyle interventions, the study assessed improvements in renal function and quality of life. The methodology included randomized controlled trials and observational studies with a sample size of 600 patients. Findings revealed that patients adhering to personalized treatment regimens demonstrated a 25% increase in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and improved health-related quality of life scores. The research underscores the importance of culturally tailored treatment strategies that incorporate regional health care practices and resources. In conclusion, optimizing treatment protocols based on geographic and cultural considerations enhances clinical outcomes for CKD patients. These insights can inform future policy-making and promote effective international collaboration in CKD management.
